Our prevention-oriented practice is geared to provide gentle, high quality dentistry in a warm, friendly environment. Dr. Swingle takes great pride in developing beautiful and healthy smiles for her patients. While keeping our patients as healthy and comfortable as possible, we provide the highest quality of care and utilize the newest technology and products.

To schedule an appointment with Dr. Swingle, please call our office at 908.232.6132. In an effort to accommodate your scheduling needs, we have early morning, lunch hour and evening appointments.

Emergencies

If you have a dental emergency, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate you. To reach Dr. Swingle after hours for urgent needs, you may call our regular office number at 908.232.6132. Alternatively, please contact the nearest emergency room or call 911.

Cancellations

It is customary and required that we receive notice of a change in plans at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to schedule another patient seeking treatment.

Payment & Insurance

We provide a clear explanation of procedures and fees. Please ask questions. We are happy to provide answers.

Dr. Swingle accepts cash, personal checks, and debit cards as well as the credit cards pictured to the right. We also offer Care Credit, a flexible payment plan. In addition, our office is committed to helping patients maximize their insurance benefits. Insurance policies vary greatly; therefore, depending on your individual plan, you may or may not be covered. We recommend calling your insurance company directly to verify your benefits. We ask that payments be made at the time of your appointment. 

As a service to our patients, we will submit claims, bill insurance companies for services and allow 30 days to render payment. After 45 days, you will be responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is available to speak with you. 

Our Personalized Reminder Service

As we continue to improve our services, we are pleased to inform you that we
have implemented a personalized appointment reminder system called
HouseCalls. This system provides our patients with the courtesy of a timely
reminder for upcoming appointments. Our appointment reminder system will
call you at home prior to your scheduled appointment to confirm the day,
date and time of your next appointment. You will be prompted to confirm this
appointment by pressing the '1' on your touch tone telephone keypad.
